Brush and Floss Your Breasts Between Checkups

​Imagine going to the dentist. You have an x-ray and an exam, are told that you have no new cavities, and are sent home without a cleaning and without being expected to brush and floss twice a day until your next checkup.

Ridiculous!

Over the past 60+ years, the American Dental Association has made sure that everyone is educated well enough to know that brushing and flossing can help prevent tooth decay. We are convinced that it would be irresponsible and negligent to passively wait around until the next checkup
and not brush and floss daily.

Doesn't it make sense to be proactive about our breast health too?


​The World Cancer Research Fund thinks so. Back in 2007, they released a study estimating that 38% of breast cancer in the US could be prevented with diet, physical activity, and weight loss alone.​1

Why hasn’t this been posted on every highway billboard from coast to coast?

Perhaps it has to do with the fact that since 2004 the American Cancer Society has claimed that breast cancer cannot be prevented and that early detection with mammograms is the only way to Rome.
2 Basically, the orthodox medical community has been playing possum when it comes to actively preventing breast cancer.

Good thing the American Dental Association never took that position about tooth decay, deciding instead to educate us about dental health and hygiene and bringing that education right into the school systems (way) back in the ‘60s!

So what information would you prefer to act upon, that of the World Cancer Research Fund or the American Cancer Society? Well, at least you have a choice and that’s more than you might have realized before you read this little article.

However you plan to take care of you breast health, the next time you brush and floss your teeth, take an extra couple of minutes to brush and floss your breasts with this easy, 1-2-3 breast massage that improves blood, nerve, and lymphatic circulation, which is essential for healthy breasts.

Something is better than passive old nothing, and at least you would be taking the matter into your own hands!

My Daily Breast Massage


(Shown over clothing, but of course you'll be doing it nakey.)
STEP 1
Pinch and roll your breast tissue between thumb and fingers all around the areola of your breast, even along the pectoral muscle up to your armpit. Don’t be shy about really grabbing hold of the breast (fatty) tissue. Practice by pinching and rolling your cheeks for color.

Do one breast first, and then the other.

STEP 2
Lift one breast. Underneath it, massage the ribs and in between them using tiny circles and lingering on any tender areas.

Repeat for the other breast.

STEP 3
Gently take hold of, lift, and rotate both breasts at the same time, moving them in a circular motion. Lift them up, out toward sides, down, and around. Do this 50–100 times. 

This increases circulation, pumps the lymph in and around the breasts, and is tonifying to the endocrine system via the nervous system connections.
